Accounts and Family Supervision

A parent or guardian is responsible for a family account, bot registration choices, and children’s use of the kits and software.

Keep your sign-in details and private kit codes secure. Children should use the products under supervision appropriate to their age and skill level.

Bot Registration and App Access

Use the private registration code included with your purchased kit to link that bot to your customer account. Register each bot separately, even if you own more than one of the same model.

Registration links ownership to your account. It does not complete the bot’s physical assembly, connection, or in-app activation. Follow the setup instructions for your model.

Workbench supports the building and learning journey, and Build It Buddy provides companion controls for supported bots. Available releases, compatible devices, and installation instructions are shown with the relevant download. A planned app or feature is not a promise of immediate availability.

Acceptable Use

Use the kits and software for their intended building, learning, and play activities. Do not attempt to bypass registration, security, or access controls, misuse another person’s account, or interfere with the service.

Use support channels responsibly. Do not send children’s images, private contact details, passwords, or other unnecessary personal information.

Hardware Safety

Follow the assembly, wiring, power, and operating instructions for your specific kit. Keep moving parts away from people, pets, and anything that could become caught in the mechanism.

Stop using the bot and ask a parent, guardian, or support for help if wiring, power, movement, or any instruction seems unsafe or unclear.
